CHALK4PEACE, Inc to attend the Department of Peace Campaign 2009 National Conference-

John Aaron, CEO and Global Project Founder of CHALK4PEACE, Inc. will be traveling across the United States in March to attend the Department of Peace Campaign 2009 National Conference-

"Peace Within Reach: People and Politics for our Common Security"
sponsored by The Peace Alliance

MARCH 20-23, 2009.

He, with your assistance, will be introducing CHALK4PEACE as a valuable asset to the Department of Peace Campaign.

This Conference stands as the most significant gathering of progressive thought from a collection of visionary thinkers whose collective goal is to place peace on the table as a viable approach to conflict resolution and global communication.

Leaving Los Angeles or San Francisco on March 11-12, John embarks upon a grassroots transcontinental journey 4 peace, hitchhiking almost 2400 miles to attend and documenting the travel with CHALK4PEACE images on sidewalks across the U.S. The Journey's progress can be tracked at http://www.chalk4peace.blogspot.com . With briefs stops in Las Vegas or Reno, Boulder, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Columbus, Pittsburgh and on into DC, John will present CHALK4PEACE to the Peace community at the Conference and revisit the original C4P sites throughout the Washington area. As with any journey of this nature, this route may be subject to change due to weather.

John is open to any and all meetings with educators, coordinators, and interested CHALKSTARS during this journey and invites you to arrange a time while he will be in your vicinity to visit your artists and CHALK4PEACE location.

John is open to rideshare to get to the Conference; and will be taking the spirit of peace on the road to join the effort to help bring about a National Department of Peace.
