Exhibition by Artists who are Visually Impaired CLB & GWU Corcoran School

Exhibition Opening featuring works by Artists who are Visually Impaired CLB & George Washington University Corcoran School of the Arts and Design Exhibition Design Students

WHAT: Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind (CLB), in partnership with the students from the George Washington University Corcoran School of the Arts and Design’s MA in Exhibition Design Programand the Pepco Gallery, is pleased to host this exhibition featuring works by artists who are visually impaired. The exhibition will feature approximately 60 works of art, including paintings and sculpture. Artists will be in attendance at the opening reception to share their experiences and background on their works. The five-week-long exhibition is open to the public and admission is free. Select works will be for sale.
WHO: The keynote speaker is Marsha Ralls, a global fine art adviser, technology entrepreneur and the CEO and Founder of Closed Monday Productions, LLC. Special guests include At-Large DC Councilmember David Grosso.
