Bush Foundation Awards $1.5 Million in Fellowships, Grants to Artists

"The Bush Foundation in St. Paul, Minnesota, has announced the 2009 recipients of its Enduring Vision Awards and fifteen fellowships through the Bush Artist Program.

Now in their third year, the Enduring Vision Awards support the artistic investigations of mature artists. Each of this year's recipients — Kevin Locke, Michael Sommers, and Mary Louise Defender Wilson — will receive $100,000 over three to five years to help them influence present and future generations of artists, audiences, and their chosen field of work."
