Washington, DC
Friday, February 19, 5 to 8 p.m., the Georgetown Gallery Gaze, in its fifth month, extends that warm and fuzzy Valentine's Day feeling. Every third Friday of the month, the Gaze features over 10 galleries with extended hours, music, and refreshments. In addition to checking out cool art in some of Georgetown's best galleries, you can enter to win dinner for two at some Georgetown favorites - Sea Catch, Paper Moon or Bodega Spanish Tapas Bar. Some of the participating galleries are hosting artist receptions in their stores. Check out Poppy for jewelry artist Kristin Lora. Susan Calloway Fine Arts hosts DC-area native artist Rodgers Naylor. Dr. Margaret Taylor Burroughs will be at Parish Gallery. 202.290.1377
