The Arts Council of Northern Ireland invited IA&A’s president, David Furchgott, to select works from Northern Ireland’s two most active printmaking workshops for artists, Belfast Print Workshop and Seacourt Print Workshop. The result is Renewal, an exhibition featuring 18 artists that reflects the styles, interests and concerns of Northern Irish printmakers. Featured artists include: Anushiya Sundarlingam, Valerie Giananndrea, Simon McWilliams, John Breakey, Fiona Joyce, Struan Hamilton, Veronica Wallis, Ivan Frew, Terry Gravett, Lynda Hamilton, Frances Gordon, Jessica Hollywood, Jill McKeown, Cecilia Stephens, Deirdre McCrory, Sara Brown, Jean Duncan, and Lucy Turner

Renewal is held in conjunction with the Rediscover Northern Ireland program launched by the Northern Ireland Bureau and the 41st annual Smithsonian Folklife Festival program, Northern Ireland at the Smithsonian.
