BRADLEY STEVENS AT ZENITH GALLERY
MAY 4 - JUNE 24, 2007

Opening Receptions:
Friday, May 4, 6- 9 pm
Sunday, May 6, 1- 4 pm
Featuring artist's talk at 2 pm

Bradley Stevens' landscape paintings reflect his deep appreciation and awe of America's natural environment, particularly wilderness areas. He says nature's beauty humbles and sustains him, reminding him just how good it is to be alive.

"What Remains: The American Landscape" draws from the spirit of famed artist Thomas Moran, whose western wilderness images encouraged the U.S. Congress and the American people to preserve Americas vanishing treasures. Especially in light of recent controversy over environmental issues such as Global warming, Stevens hopes his collection of landscape paintings will similarly incite action to protect and preserve America's vanishing treasures.
