Workshop: Art, Artists, Galleries, and Being Seen, Heard, and Bought

F. Lennox Campello is one of the Mid Atlantic's best know arts personalities. Educated in art at the University of Washington School of Art, Campello is a widely published freelance art critic, a curator with more than one hundred curated exhibitions under his belt, an award winning artist, a radio and TV personality often heard on NPR, the Voice of America and MHZ TV's "ArtsMedia News" discussing art issues, and one of the internet's seminal visual arts bloggers. His Daily Campello Art News (www.dcartnews.blogspot.com) is one of the web's earliest and most popular art blogs with nearly a million visitors a year. Campello is also the co-founder of the Fraser Galleries of Washington, DC and Bethesda, Maryland, which he co-owned until 2006. He currently resides near Philadelphia and is in the process of opening a new gallery space in that area.
