Starting Small takes the idea of the traditional summer small works show in New York and focuses it on the aspects of collecting art. Many great collections have been started and even built on small pieces and small budgets and many collectors like to “start small” when first buying artwork to get their feet wet, especially in New York where wall space can be limited. This is the perfect exhibition to see a diverse selection by contemporary artists who are early, mid, and late career working in a variety of mediums. The exhibition includes paintings, sculptures, mixed media works, drawings and photography, offering up a wide selection of opportunities to either start your collection or add to it!
